The Global Reviews Customer Experience Index: Leaderboard

The Customer Experience Benchmark program is conducted using a syndicated model that spans over 20 industries and 60 individual benchmarks. Over 500 corporates from around the globe are regularly studied in this program. Typically, hundreds of individual criteria are evaluated to determine performance on website content, features and functionality. Each benchmark is recorded in a Customer Experience Index (CEI) which is used to identify and promote industry leaders and track performance over time.
